Our process

Thank you for your interest in Robin Gray Design.

Please contact us or one of our partner showrooms for further information, to request samples, or to make an appointment.

All showrooms sell retail, as well as to the trade, and regularly accommodate interior designers, architects, and their clients to peruse our collection of samples and our website for inspiration and ideas.

When a construction and design have been decided upon, colors may be chosen from our limitless selection of yarn color poms, or when necessary, we can match a custom color.

We then supply our clients color renderings; pending the approval of these, we may also send away for a sample to be made. Once the sample is approved, it is put into production as a full-scale order.

Though lead times may vary depending on size, design and construction, as well as, time of year you will normally receive your rug in 12-16 weeks.
