Adventurous beginnings
A spontaneous teenage road trip to Tehran introduced Robin Gray to the world of rugs, and the traditional craftsmanship of functional art. In addition to the product, it was as much the process and the people that captured Gray’s interest, and her heart.
Gray launched her firm in 2004. She designs from her studio in Santa Fe while often visiting her weaving partners in Nepal and India. The end result of this worldwide enterprise is a collection of vibrant and original handmade contemporary rugs made with only the highest quality materials, and the utmost ethical standards.
